Small Business Plan – Get Started Flipping Real Estate
So, you’re sure that you hate working for "the man," yet you’re not quite sure how you’re going to go about quitting your job. Starting your own business sounds like a nice idea. But, how do you choose the perfect business model? For starters, it’s always a good idea to settle in on your interests. If buying houses at a low cost, fixing them up, and selling them for a lot more than you paid, house flipping is definitely a model you’re going to want to look into.
Before you really get started you need to sort of become an "apprentice of someone who is already successfull flipping houses. One man you can look to is Dean Graziosi. In fact, Dean is so successful that he has devloped a large course to help others succeed as well.
Now, if you know someone who is a house flipper and you have easy, in-person access to them, it’s definitely a good idea to be mentored in person. But if the people around you don’t have the foggiest idea of what house flipping is (other than what they see on TLC), then you are going to need to study up with an expert.
